Fish and Wildlife Release Information About Raid Last Week

Information from Janice MacKey, a spokesperson for the Department of Fish and Wildlife:

On June 12, CDFW served search warrants on three parcels in Humboldt County. The first parcel was located on the 1100 block of Dinsmore Ranch Road, the second on the 200 block of Stream Street and the third on the 1700 block of Tompkins Hill Road.

Officers found a total of 13,000 marijuana plants and 375 pounds of processed marijuana.

A records check confirmed that none of the parcels were permitted by the county and licensed by the state nor were steps were taken to legitimize the commercial-size cannabis operations.

Two suspects were arrested as part of this investigation [John Henry Schmitt and Troy Matthew Kuhlman]. The search warrants were executed as part of an ongoing investigation stemming from a previous search warrant where multiple environmental violations were discovered. Charges will be filed with the District Attorney’s office for consideration. No further information is available at this time as this is an ongoing investigation.

CA Fish and Wildlife is now the lead agency for CAMP 2.0. They were flying around in helicopters provided by Homeland security down in Mendocino last week…https://www.mendovoice.com/2019/06/federal-customs-and-border-protections-flies-training-mission-with-mendocino-sheriffs-office-helicopters-spotted-around-county/
Fish and Wildlife in helicopters?! Better believe it. Humboldt County sheriff will assist and enable them. But Humboldt County is more interested in abatements and abatement $$$. ANY size greenhouse is eligible for $10,000/ day fines. So yeah- here we are. Governor Newsom has a plan that “will eliminate the black market in 5-7 years”. That means we need to have CAMP 2.0 – only with satellite imagery and heavy civil fines this time. Don’t fool yourself into thinking it is not happening. There are BILLIONS of $$$ at stake and there are already many millions of $$$ invested so ….yeah.
This is your “legalization”. The complete takeover of the industry by commercial corporate interests. Thank all your neighbors who bought into it and are paying annual fees that are helping to fund ….CAMP 2.0. The state could never do it without their help. As their hero Lori Ajax says to thunderous corporate applause “I just want to crush the illegal market!”…https://mjbizdaily.com/dispatches-from-an-emerald-triangle-cannabis-retreat-indicate-how-turbulent-the-states-industry-remains/

I was at that retreat. I heard her say,”crush the BLACK market.”, and it wasn’t met with applause. There was silence, and It made 100+ people noticeably uncomfortable. After her discussion, someone asked her how can she regulate a product she doesn’t use and has never tried. Her reply was, “Ya know, people have asked me that before and its come up a few times. But it doesn’t seem to be an issue.”

She is a total puppet.

Now, finally, we get real eyewitness reporting on Lori Ajax. Well done Redwood Dan. Seems like fake news is still alive and thriving at the state government level.

Ajax has repeatedly pleaded for destruction of the OG culture. Why?

She has nothing to create, she has a mandate to wreck and ruin. Her BCC and the demagogue Governor Newsom played some semantics to the voters in order to expand prohibition while the “legal” dummies fund their military actions. The longer she and he Control Cannabis in California the further away from the good “legalization” evolves.

It’s really sad when the realization of what “legalization” actually stands for becomes widely recognized. Brother against Brother. Tax and punish. Grow government. Make the chosen ones wealthier.

We?

How much is a body worth? The military attacking on private property, sounds like setting up a war zone on the civilians they are trained to protect. You talk as if the Bill of Rights is written on an Etch-a-Sketch.

They spent a ton of money on new uniforms, lettering, etc to make the change to Fish And Wildlife….

When they were Fish And Game the acronym was F. A. G. and they didn’t like being called F. A. G. S….

Either way, it’s great to see dopers being removed from the community and this will create higher real estate values once they are gone.

New helicopters and digital imaging is a step in the right direction, though I’d rather see a Marine Expeditionary Group used against weed heads, but this is a step in the right direction to securing our community and making it dope free.

Does it change that belief if I told you that the head President of the Fish and Wildlife owned a Napa County Cannabis Company? Its true, google it, there are many reasons Fish and Wildlife have stepped up raiding cannabos gardens, and this is number 1 reason!!

Trained as a lawyer, former Peace Corps worker Charlton H. (“Chuck”) Bonham was appointed Department of Fish and Game director by Governor Jerry Brown …

Charlton “Chuck” Bonham was appointed as Director of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, effective September 6, 2011.

“Trained as a lawyer . . . ” Title of nobility holding a public office —unconstitutional to the nth degree.

Fish and Game may have business interests but they also want, as their title suggests, to have fish and game to hunt.
Although I am neither a dope user nor a hunter, I welcome regulation as a way to clean up the environmental disaster that has occurred in California.
I first came to Humboldt County over 30 years ago and have seen the Eel River transform from high clear waters to an algea cesspool during summer months.
It’s ironic that the 60’s back-to-earth movement engendered degradation of the environment equal in scale to the worst ravages caused by the lumber industry or gold rush mining.
So Fish and Game is welcome in Humboldt County as far as I am concerned and if wildlife could have a voice, it would ironically be on the side of hunters rather than river polluting, forest poisoning dope growers.

Google it- You are right on! Eric Sklar is the President of the California Fish and Game Commission. And now he is also heavily involved with cannabis! ….https://www.sonomanews.com/business/9457645-181/napa-valley-vintner-eric-sklar
https://fgc.ca.gov/About/Members#Sklar
It is exactly these kinds of connections that I warned about when this crappy form of “legalization” was a proposition. The already-very-wealthy and their corporate friends will take it all, attack all of our neighbors as “bad people” and criminals and unleash CAMP 2.0 upon Humboldt. Am I being overly dramatic? No…I remember CAMP. And I know how most wealthy people think- They want it all. As they tell us they are doing wonderful things for all of us!

There was a rich local sheriff deputy and CAMP veteran who bought a very valuable piece of land on the south fork of the trinity river back in the early eighties, that his guys had busted, that he still owns today. The McCoy place. big ugly McMansion right on the river. Very corrupt in the old days, and still.

From the California Commission of Fish and Game’s website….”The mission of the California Fish and Game Commission, in partnership with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, is to provide leadership for transparent and open dialogue where information, ideas and facts are easily available, …”
Also…”Our primary partner is our sister agency, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.”
From their website….https://fgc.ca.gov/About/Strategic-Plan
I think that pretending that there is no serious collaboration between the people running this commission (like Eric Sklar) and the state Fish and Wildlife Department is hopeful at best but possibly foolish. This is the biggest scandal in California since the railroads and the oil fields, with billions of dollars in the balance. They are talking behind closed doors and making plans. They’d be idiots to not be doing that. And they have the weight of the state government to carry out their backroom strategies. It’s going to get very, very ugly around here. I hope everybody enjoys their wonderful “legalization” where they can be “safe” and “free” and “nobody gets hurt anymore”.

“Ordinance” -it designates a local law of a municipal corporation, duly enacted by the proper authorities, prescribing general, uniform, and permanent rules of conduct relating to the corporate affairs of the municipality. Morris v Town of Newington. Black’s 6th.

“. . . an ordinance which makes the peaceful enjoyment of freedom which the Constitution guarantees contingent upon the uncontrolled will of an official – as by requiring a permit or license which may be granted or withheld in the discretion of such official – is an unconstitutional censorship or prior restraint upon the enjoyment of those freedoms.” Staub v. Baxley 365 US 313 (1958).

“The property which every man has is his own labor, as it is the original foundation of all other property, so it is the most sacred and inviolable. The patrimony of the poor man lies in the strength and dexterity of his own hands, and to hinder his employing this strength and dexterity in what manner he thinks proper, without injury to his neighbor, is a plain violation of this most sacred property.”
Butchers Union Co. vs. Crescent City Co. 111 U.S. 764.

You guys have to realize that nobody cares (outside of growers in the triangle). It’s y’all vs corporate/government. But it’s nothing new. Workers in all sorts of fields/industries get shafted, over-regulated. I mean over-taxation, suffering at the hands of corporate and government greed: that isn’t new. Y’all sound like y’all were born yesterday . Welcome to the real world fellas. I don’t think you guys are gonna like it. But you have choices, go legal and pay unfair taxes, find a new industry, or arms yourselves and keep pretending like anyone is afraid of you, as if your the only demographic with guns that are down to bust off.

And what the government doesn’t, and the people do realize.. it’s a fINg plant. They will never be able to control every last drop of weed in the world.. Welcome to the real world.. but thanks for defining choices for us.. guess what. We all have other options.. It’s called civil peaceful resistance. It’s fairly effective. U should try it sometime. Actually all this bull they have been swinging has done nothing but empower the Original Market.. so there’s that.. Better watch out Gavin. California is pretty darn Red. I don’t like voting republican, but next gov. Election. I definitely will be leaning strongly that way.. so will a lot of other farmers all across the state… if they treat them like crap. Personally, I would rather have a person in government I know is against me then a two faced lier. That goes for the Senator as well. Watch the bluest county in the state flip red. Less taxes, smaller gov. Less gov power, less red tape..starting to sound good to me…Say it ain’t so…

There is no way you actually believe CA is going red anytime soon. We’re far from the 90’s. CA has changed since then. Yes Humboldt and northern counties are racist AF and can vote red, no doubt. But population-wise compared to all CA, y’all vatos has very little effect.

Maybe not for prez.. but for Governor.. Arnold was Republican. It wasn’t such a distant past. Cali is way more red than people think. Arnold wasn’t racist, and he was a decent gov. Haven’t you seen his rebuttal to Trump?.Not all Republicans are Racist… Democrats actually run a thin line in Cali. I suggest they start behaving.. Huffman isn’t so bad, but he sure as hell is not standing up for his constituents here either..
I sure as hell am not going to vote [edit]. I will vote independent this prez. election… I can not in good conscious support the Dumbocrats after this bullshit.. All the Democrats think they are such “hero’s”.. there is a reason farmers vote republican. There is a reason Trump is in office, and the [edit] can lie to themselves all they want and pretend the are soo great. but they are not.. and they obviously don’t have the North Coast in mind, so maybe it’s time for other options. I don’t like to air how I personally vote, but in this case, I will. (Except, I will vote for Bernie.. F all the other corporate [edit].. if they treat us this way..)

I agree w you man. F the cops. But that ain’t exclusive to just you vatos. Try getting shot at just cuz of your skin color. I love bud, I can’t live without it. Most growers are cool. But there is a lot of fcked up people amongst y’all. I’m from SoCal have a lot of buddies who went up to grow. Been up there a lot. But vatos like LegalLettuce and the dudes from videos and Netflix. We see the vatos on there acting tuff cuz you have guns. And we see a bunch of tools. Take Q for instance, a big [edit] who got tapped out in his only attempt at MMA. He’s a effin tool that would only get away with that shit in rural nowhere. Nobody respects that kind of[edit]. They ruin any empathy most would feel toward your community. It’s not right or fair.

Netflix 🙄 Geez. That’s like saying everywhere in L.A. is skid Row. It’s not like that everywhere or with everyone…. Yeah, threatening to vote Republican is probably akin to telling the big box stores you ain’t gonna shop there no more…. they don’t give an F.. until they end up like ToysRUs..But I am still considering switchen the channel.. They made that movie “escape form L.A” for a reason, and I sure as F not goin back to no “Hell.A” maybe to visit… good restaurants some Korean BBQ…maybe a Kings game..go to the Beach..see my fam.. but I don’t wanna to live there.. to each thier own..
LL, has always sounded pretty wise, so I don’t get your beef.. But there is definitely some trouble in paradise, true enough. It’s still not nearly as bad as South Central.. even though LA has actually cleaned up a bit. My fam loves it there??? Yeah, it’s awful, the racial killings in America, I want answers. I do.. I just do not think the Demo’s have been very supportive either. It’s not a fair world.. I still am not taken much Bull.. You gotta fight for your spot at the table sometimes.. There are bad people everywhere.. it’s not like everywhere here is Waco or something. Lots of families just surviving, and holding on to thier little ships. People from all walks.. but yeah, admittedly some are not so cool. My neighborhood is fairly chill though, We don’t really have to big of a problem.. but if there was, it is good to have some leverage to keep your neighborhood healthy, safe, and enjoyable.. I see that.. But It’s not right, some of the overmiss use of these policies, and I for one refuse to give up MY seat on the bus for some big corporate bullie, not happen.. f.. people’s feelings then.. lol.. They can eat cake. You can’t please everyone..Real OG’s know where the good stuff comes from..
