[UPDATE: Found] Sheriff Asks Public’s Help in Locating Missing 4-Year-Old
Press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:
The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s help to locate a missing 4-year-old girl.
Ariana Bemis-Eib, 4, of Orick, was reported missing by her father on May 15, 2019, at about 8:30 p.m. after she failed to return from a scheduled visitation with her mother.
According to her father, on May 14 at about 8 p.m. Bemis-Eib went on an overnight custody visitation with her mother, 37-year-old Delisse Lalee Jones. Jones failed to bring Bemis-Eib to daycare the following morning, as previously agreed upon as terms of the visitation.
A vehicle associated with Jones was located nearby her last known residence in the Eureka area. Attempts to contact Jones have been unsuccessful.
This case is being investigated as a child custody concealment case. Jones does not have legal custody of Bemis-Eib and is in violation of a custody order.
Ariana Bemis-Eib is described as a white female child, approximately 3 feet 6 inches tall, 50 pounds, with blue eyes and dirty blonde hair.
Delisse Lalee Jones
Delisse Lalee Jones is described as a white female adult, approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall, 215 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
Jones is believed to be associated with a 1997 Green Chevy pick up truck, with a California license plate of 7Z43180.
Anyone who sees Bemis-Eib or Jones should contact 9-1-1. Anyone with information for the Sheriff’s Office regarding the two’s possible whereabouts should call the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office at (707) 445-7251.

Well, judging from the picture (mugshot) Delisse Lalee Jones is familiar with criminal records herself.

Why courts tend to favor mothers in custody cases (obviously not in this case although that doesn’t stop the rants) is that- tah tah- most children are cared for by women in the sense of actual day-to-day feeding, dressing, cleaning children . Even in his comments it can be seen that concern for the children is nonexistent for guys like Nomadic. His concern is that he is frustrated that any woman should not be subject to his control. He calls this “American values” when it is simply his emotional temper tantrum, for which he also blames women in general that he is made angry and hateful.
No need to trash women while supporting men. And yes, I think we should all remember that goes both ways. I appreciate fathers that step up to the plate and do right.
Why no Amber Alert?
I believe there’s criteria for a amber alert such as the child has to be in serious danger which means it’s not used as often with parents, seems stupid but at the same time if there’s 100 amber alerts a day because of parental issues no one will bother listening to the alerts.

Not really. You just perceive that that it is unfair that people worry about the lives of some women because revenge in sexual jealousy cases can mean a man kills the woman. A man is six times more likely than a woman to kill their spouse. I do worry that a woman might kill her child, which does happen on occasion, but statistically it is much more likely that a man will kill a woman if he can or take his revenge out on the children, even his own. Among divorced people committing murder of their children, 2/3rds of the killers are men. That is a good enough reason for people to be more concerned for women in domestic violence cases, even if you think it unfair.
yet in this case as the story reads they were divorsed. the mother was ruled not a good place for the child. which by your statement that the courts are more favoravble to mothers means she must have been if not still is really messed up. yet it is the male who was included in the comments because he has to be messed up right because he is a male after all yet nothing in the story mentioned anything negitive about him just his gender. thus proving my point. passive aggression is still aggression which often times leads to one party getting pushed to the point of physcialy commitung voliance. one doest abolish the other yet without giving it some credit it is almost condoning passive agression and belittleing those who are influanced by it.

I know many caring fathers that work, cook clean and dress their children. and treat the mothers with the utmost respect. don’t lump all men into your stereotype. I am all for Women Power” but you don’t need to bash men to empower yourself.
Neither should such men as the commenter be allowed to be universal woman bashers without a response being expected. Having a response to a hater is not the same as being a hater. And trying to change citing what is sheer arithmetic into a personal insult is just what such women haters do.
Of course there are plenty of reasonable men around. I’m quite fond of them. But that doesn’t mean every piece of shit must be babied for fear that the rest of the world will have their feelings hurt by thinking they are included in that condemnation.
When I read about these childish custody disputes between parents, it makes me wish that for the child’s sake the adults would just grow up.
I would have to say most of the custody cases iand disputes I’ve seen have little to do with what’s in the best interest of the child. It typically has something to do with the parents having issues with ego and control. One parent being super harsh with the other. Things that could be resolved that are not really super large or significant issues initially, but they are crafted into such. It’s a crying shame that people can’t put their children first and put their differences aside every parent brings something different to the table. Sure there are times when things can get nasty and legal intervention is required, but generally it takes two to tango and everybody wants to do a tennis match of… he did this and she did that. Every argument turns into let’s throw everything for the past twenty years and the kitchen sink into it. How are children supposed to learn how to resolve conflicts when their parents act like this?
To make such an ugly situation for the child (ren) to have to navigate come on folks put your kids first. 99% of the time it doesn’t really matter what YOUR ego wants!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
that is one of the best comments i have yet to read anywhere . thumbs up to you MM. i did foster care for several years and it took such great will power not to become a dexter so to speak as many of the children i fostered were very young and what they had to surrive just to get to my home was truely horroifing and when you have to let them go back into those places it is one of the harder things a person can do

Aaron James Eib is probably still married to his first wife Cheryl Lynn Hoeft(W.I ).The story Aaron Eib told me when I met him was that he came to San Diego, California to find a job and housing ,but got into trouble with the Law. He was sent to Donavan State Prison for Stealing and Selling Semi’s.Aaron claims he asked his family to contact her,and that she had died while he was in Donovan.
This maybe the grand theft auto on his record.
