I am an unaltered male, white and tricolor Australian Shepherd mix. The shelter thinks I am about 2 years. I have been at the shelter since Dec 04, 2018.

These are good farm dogs.

Oh yes they are good farm dogs. They tend to want to herd small children -just gotta pay attention when little ones are around. They won’t hurt them -they just want to herd them. It’s in their blood. Might drink a glass of alcohol during a party, if a guest sets one down within reach.

Excellent, excellent dogs. Very smart.

Dingo for endurance.
Shepherd for loyalty.

Not from Australia, thus no dingo in ’em. American dog—got its name from herding Australian sheep. Common misconception. The Australian Cattle Dog has dingo in its breeding lines.

Ahh, i see said the blind man . . . Must be the “mixed” part i didn’t pick up on.
