Telegraph Ridge Volunteers arrived first on the scene, secured the possibly live power lines, and did traffic control.
T- Ridge Fire Company and CAL Fire cleared the tree out of the road as soon as PG&E
came and made sure the down power lines were shut off.
We did this about an hour and 20 minutes after it was reported.
Humboldt County Roads crew was sent from Fortuna, but it was open before they got there.
The location was 2 miles North of the Ettersburg Junction. Ettersburg Jct is 10 miles (about 20-25 minutes)
west of Redway.
