The 38th Annual Trucker’s Christmas Parade is December 8th

The 38th Annual Trucker’s Christmas Parade is set to hit the streets of Eureka, CA on Saturday December 8, 2018 at 6:00PM. Each year, trucks of all shapes, sizes and descriptions join in putting on this “Greatest Christmas Show on Wheels!”
The Trucker’s Christmas Parade is presented by KEKA Radio along with a list of generous sponsors and an army of volunteers. In addition to putting on a terrific parade each year, the event also raises a significant donation. This year’s benefactor is Redwood Teen Challenge. Sponsors are Humboldt Waste Management Authority, Greed Diamond Resource Company, North Coast Dance, Schmidbauer Building Supply and Arkley Center for the Performing Arts.
The 2018 Trucker’s Christmas Parade rolls at Redwood Acres Fairgrounds at 6:00PM December 8th, proceeding west on Harris Street to I, north on I Street to 7th, east on 7th Street to Myrtle Avenue and southeast on Myrtle to the Redwood Acres parking lot, where the trucks will be lit up on display and awards will be presented.
Cash awards for the top entries will include $400 first place and $200 second place for large entries 40 feet and longer plus $300 first place and $100 second place for smaller entries, 39 feet and shorter.
