[UPDATE 2:50 p.m.] Vegetation Fire Reported North of Hwy 36

Multiple agencies are rolling out for a report of a fire north of Bridgeville in the area where Kneeland Road and Showers Pass Road meet. The report came in just after 2:30 p.m.

Tanker 96 and copter 902 have been requested to respond.

UPDATE 2:48 p.m.: Aircraft are now reporting seeing a small column of white smoke.

UPDATE 2:50 p.m.: The pilot is now reporting the fire is about a 1/2 acre in size and no structures are threatened.

UPDATE 2:57 p.m.: Both the helicopter and the chopper tanker have headed to an area north of Dinsmore. Scanner traffic indicates that the fire might be located there instead of north of Bridgeville.

Tanker 96 is now circling a second area north of Dinsmore and Chopper 109 is right behind.

I use to have good friend, well I thought he was a good friend that lives out there. I still wish him well though.
