Time served and probation and they will go steal many more things. That’s the Humboldt Style!! We really should start putting guilty thieves to death- capital punishment – and clean up our communities for decent citizens who are instead working hard and always locking everything up because we let thieves like this run free. IMO of course!

That’s hilarious!
BOLO-make, color, of stolen vehicle.
BOLO-licence plates.
BOLO-felons
All supposedly unrelated until the latter combines the previous for a sneaky hidey effect.
ROFL You just can’t make this stuff up.

They should just post photos of all the catch and release probationers so people know who to watch out for since they are most likely running around town anyway.
