League of Women Voters of Humboldt County Registering Voters Today for National Voter Registration Day

This is a press release from the League of Women Voters of Humboldt County:

In recognition of National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018, the League of Women Voters of Humboldt County will be registering voters throughout the county.

Voter registration will take place at four locations: Humboldt State University (University Quad), College of the Redwoods (Quad), and the Open Door Clinics in both Eureka (2200 Tydd St.) and Fortuna (3750 Rohnerville Rd.). Registration will take place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

In order vote in the upcoming November election, you will need to register by October 22. If you have moved, you will need to re-register.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization that encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
