Oh wow I use to live close by there.
Its the Old Sawblade Bar
And that house next to it is Jennifer who rides around on her goat cart everywhere. She is always rescuing stray dogs. She has all kinds of different folks there.
So no telling who the dead guy is?
Willy owns the property
He is a very nice man always very polite and respectful.

You mean the “ switchblade bar “ right?
Just kidding, it was an old running joke back in the day.
Loved the sawdust on the floor.
It led to my one and only drunk driving arrest as a minor.
Later reduced to reckless driving.
Some people can learn from their mistakes.

Lived in a cabin there on the Avenue rt next to the Saw Blade in the little Madrona Cottages back in the early/mid 90’s. Such fun dancing to swing dance rt down the street at the Riverwood w Ray Condo and his band the Ricochets. I’ll never forget The Yard Dogs shows at the Saw Blade ♥️

Well, it was all in-the-house violence. No one outside the property was involved, so the “stand your ground” hysterics can be put to rest on this one.

The man in jail isn’t too sharp and probably didn’t know to ask for a lawyer. He needs one.

I’ll give the police a few days before I tell you more, but it appears they have their man.

That house is full of tweekers that are up at all times of night. Glad something happened because all the foot traffic going in and out at every minute of day. Live up on the hill above that house and had to get a security cameras just because of those low life’s.

Even the people you call “tweekers and lowlifes” have a mom or a dad or a brother or a sister or a grandma/grandpa, or mabe just a dog etc.. Someone that loved them and cared for them and had hoped for their recovery.
“Judge not lest ye be judged”, i read that somewhere. Ill translate it for the small minded and those who lack empathy for the least amoung us, basically, it means no matter how perfect you think you are, im sure you wouldnt want the dumbest or most embarrasing days of your life broadcast for the world to see and make fun of. So whomever you are, when you get done celebrating the tragic, needless loss of someone elses loved one, take a few days to study the concept of empathy. Simply put it and to dispell manys understanding, empathy is not feeling sorry for someone it is walking in their shoes. “Tweekers and lowlifes” are not the problem, just a symptom. You my friends Michael and CM, congratulations…. You two are everything that is wrong with this country and indeed this world. I hope for everyones sake that you gently fall off your perch soon and become humble, able and educated enough to become part of the solution.

But we are all well schooled in the “hang ’em high” mentality. Look at the comments on any Marci Kitchens post.

There are few real christians among us. No one here is a sinner.

Stopping at “not judging” is a cop out. It is not anywhere as simply or straightforward. It certainly is not so indulgent.

“Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”” But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.””What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.””

And most importantly “Stop judging by mere appearances, but instead judge correctly.” And how do you judge correctly? “No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers. A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” That is further down in the section containing the old familiar “judge not” comment.

Like many other things, it’s never so simple, whether it is defense of the homeless, who you do not know or calling down judgement on those, who you also do not know, for calling another a bum. A person harshly condemning people for their harsh words is just as guilty as the person they condemn for labelling others. Motes and beams, motes and beams.

The guy who owns the old Sawblade also owns the farm across the Avenue. Lots of riff-raff between both of those places. The owner is not a tweeker but it’s almost like he encourages a scene of mentally unstable and tweeker-type people hanging out. Nice farm though!
