Now, this looks like something cool to do. I actually don’t live in your part of the state, but come up there on occasion. But this is the sort of stuff I’d be doing if I did live there. I’m seriously considering a move up there after I become sort of semi-retired, which won’t be too far from now. Somehow I get that it’s not all about deranged hillbillies with shaved heads and tattooed faces, in possession of small arsenals and quantities of dope, getting all busted out in seedy hotels. I mean, it is if you look for it. But, if you focus on the positive you’ll get positive results. Somebody please tell me if I’m full of it and don’t know what I’m talking about. For all I know, that undesirable element is so prevalent up there that it’s constantly in your face, and you can’t avoid it.
I think this is a beautiful place to live. This section follows the beauty https://kymkemp.com/category/nature-2/ This one touches on some of the good news. https://kymkemp.com/category/good-news/ There are problems but there is so so much more.
You need to stay up here yourself for a bit. In the winter. I’m afraid it is getting “way in your face” depending on where you live or what you like doing. And is getting worse. But it’s also very beautiful. You get some and give some to live here. I personally can’t stand the idea of living elsewhere. I don’t even like travelling out of the area. It’s like nowhere else.
