green house HCSOPress release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

On August 14, 2018, deputies with the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) served one search warrant to investigate illegal cannabis cultivation in the Rancho Sequoia area. No arrests were made during the service of the warrant.

Are you trolling or do you really believe that? If you’d actually read the laws, it’s very clear what’s legal and what’s not. Over a thousand plants and un-permitted hoops/GHs are not legal, have never been legal, and the community as a whole does not want it to be legal. So… GOOD RIDDANCE.

That person is very serious and with good reason. What the county is doing is nothing short of coercion and extortion. They are coercing these farmers into believing they have to enter into a compliance agreement which is nothing but extortion. Yes I agree that this industry as all other should be regulated but the way they are doing it is completely wrong and the county is actually going to come up with the short end of the stick in the long run. There’s a few lawyers that are currently taking the county to court for the fact that they are going about it all the wrong way and in fact doing so illegally

I had to pay 24% excise tax to buy CBD medicine. What a bunch of thieves. Huffman, you think you are a smarty mouth going after Trump, joining the weirdos, but you have done nothing to help people in your district. Where as Trump has helped his voters more than Huffman. What ripoffs they are. Taxing medicine with a proven success rate to shrink tumors and stop seizures is inhumane. Huffman, you are the typical democrat thief who hurts people, hurts the poor, you suck you loser pig. Progressives in politics hurt so many people with their crap stupid policies of take take take, they hurt the poor, the working poor. Vote these ugly people out. Go ahead Huffman, try to worm your way out of this. You are not an intelligent man, but you are a thief. And you hurt people, and cause them to suffer. Asshole.

You got a chance to vote, reckon you live in a democracy. Weed is legal now and this is what it looks like. You know tobacco is 100% legal in every state. However not everyone can grow , process, and sell tobacco profitably. Fruits and vegetables grown and sold in California have to meet rigid quality standards and the properties have to be up to code. A permit to grow watermelon it is not a blank check to toss out all of the regulations that protect the environment and the customers.

Why the hell should the weed industry be any different? The product quality standards are in place to protect the end-users and the integrity of the legal brands. Ffs this incessant whining by the illegal growers is tiring. Get legal or get broke., or don’t, and risk loosing everything.

Name one product that you can grow and sell with the intent that it will be ingested by a human being that is 100% unregulated? Did you really believe that 64 was going to be a windfall free-for-all for bm grow ops? Try bootlegging some California avocados and see what the CRIMINAL and civil fines total.

Hey Einstein start with 18 CCR § 25128-2, § 25128-2. Agricultural Business Activity and keep reading. If you grow something to sell for consumption you are highly regulated and will need many different licenses and permits. Check out the criminal and civil penalties for selling any type of produce that is not compliant. And you will need to be compliant with all local and state building, labor, tax, and environmental laws, ordinances, and codes. Many of which require permits.

This is why the legal grows and tax hungry lawmakers will bury the black market – to protect the investments and minimize the chances that people will get torched in an abandoned car over a business dispute.

MikLegal wars and crimes against humanity on a global scale, all for world peace? Or are we to the point where days of accountable governments are long gone?
me thinks our judgement is severely warped.
8.3 million dollars an hour spent on the US war machine over the last ten years. We are a sick group of people when we have absolutely no idea what living in a war torn country is truly like, war that destabilizes societies and cultures around the globe. Buckle up people.

People are selling lots of food on the black market. Eggs. How many get their eggs from their neighbors? I do. Veggies, pork, chicken, all grown and processed and sold locally. People make bread and sell it, they make so many things, the govt assholes cannot stop it. There are many people working in the underground black market, making a profit and going strong. The govt is so inept, so disgusting, so deplorable. They try to hassle someone selling bread, we will Maxine Waters them, push them around in a store or parking lot, let them know they are not welcome in our lives. Humboldt county govt sucks. Progressives suck

We have never lived in a democracy. And I hope we never will. This is supposed to be a republic, not a democracy. Democracy is simply mob rule.

The United States is both. We have a representative democracy, and have safeguards like the electoral college to prevent mob rule. However, in small towns in New England, direct democracy has been practiced without the mob rule you fear.

Why are we still wasting POLICE manpower and resources fighting a war that will never be won with guns and violence. Time to make cannabis the least important priority for law enforcement. Look what is happening in the towns of Humboldt while the Sheriff and County focuses on eradicating a plant on one hand on the other hand grant permission to plant.

Google Earth the Redwood Belt Between Fort Bragg Ca And Eureka. You will see hillsides sprayed with herbicides and clearcuts of Redwoods and Douglas Firs. This is a small clearing. To see what is really killing Mendocino And Humboldt look at our coastal Redwood Belt……

I love the way they leave out the stop that they made at a permitted grow in Rancho Sequoia where they were very rude and handcuffed a worker….for his safety. The only reason they keep hitting Rancho is because it is easy pickings for them. They don’t have to change their long lived motto of “Never doing to much” be it investigating a murder or eradicating plants, cause that is just plain physical labor.

Because no one, who isn’t permitted, sticks around when the convoy shows up. Besides that bed spaces in jails and prisons are limited and should be used for real criminals who are actually a threat to the rest of us, not for people who grow weed or even people who use drugs, but for people who are violent, thieves, arsons, rapists, child abusers, people who murder because of money, drunk drivers who harm or kill others, most politicians, etc.

It’s not what we know that gets us in trouble. It’s what we think we know – but don’t.

You can’t claim jurisdiction if you don’t know diction at all. And you can’t claim a contract position if you don’t know contract.

“Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the MIND ONLY with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that NO government, as well as any law agency, aspect, court, etc., can concern itself with anything other than Corporate, Artificial Persons and the Contracts between them.” (emphasis added). S.C.R. 1795, Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed 57; 3 Dall. 54, Supreme Court of the United States 1795, [Not the “United States Supreme Court” -ed.]

This is the actual Supreme Court of the United States which over-stands all inferior courts including “The United States Supreme Court”, “the United States Supreme Court” and the “UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT”.

The law of the land hasn’t changed.

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning”. –Henry Ford, circa 1925

“The Federal Reserve System is not Federal; it has no reserves; and it is not a system at all, but rather, a criminal syndicate.” – Eustace Mullins, author of Secrets of the Federal Reserve, 1991

Wow, what a waste of resources, no victims, (unlike meth and heroin dealers), no environmental problems to make up, no illegals, no guns, what is the point in wasting resources when Humboldt has a Heroin epidemic taking place in Eureka to Garberville? Why go after small cannabis farms and do nothing about meth and heroin dealers? How many people will agree that hard drugs in Humboldt are ignored because the Sheriff wants the assett forfeiture $$. Real crimes with victims are ignored while the sheriff goes after small time pot grows.

Its in Rancho, nuff said. Doesn’t matter if you’re one square foot or one plant over the legal limit. All of Rancho is getting cut ’cause of Zach. Its pure angry vindication on behalf of the sheriff’s dept. Thing is, everyone was warned, “give up Zach or not one plant in the Rancho will live till harvest.” No one gave up Zach, looks like the sheriff is making good on his promise.
