More fallout from the Gallegos years. He let all criminals and drug addicts run wild for years. While he surfed!

Yes, blaming someone from years ago…as if anything has improved in the interim. Laughable stupidity.

Sad, is the accused a local transient, or from out of the area.

Sad that she is only 38! Looks like she’s going on 58😕 ⁉️
I am so very sorry to the family and loved ones of this young man who lost his life so needlessly. May you find peace and comfort in one another 🙏 ♥️

Years ago, it used to be a major selling point in Eureka, if your house or rental was backed up against a greenbelt or a cemetery for that matter, but not anymore. In recent years, I’m seeing more and more greenbelt areas either getting stripped, cut back, or just plain built over, likely due in part to the major increase in the homeless and transient population.

You’re not including the major catalyst of homelessness and transient populations which is liberal open door border policy.

I`m probably a little warped; however, I`ve always been quite interested in how these people sharpen their knives. As a skilled craftsman who depends on sharp tools, I`m always surprised at how few people have sharpening skills, even minimal skill. Perhaps they know someone who`s stolen a bench grinder somewhere and they use it to put a rough edge on their blade. Not enough to carve a roast on the table or slice a ripe tomato but good enough to punch a few holes in someone.

Does anyone have any ideas, comments?

I am so sorry. ..for your loss and for the intrusion into your grief by ..uhm…individuals. ..who forget that there are real people attached to these stories.
I wish you light in this dark time.
