Music, Meals, and Fresh From the Garden Delights at the Garberville Farmers’ Market This Week

“It’s National Farmers’ Market Week! The Garberville Farmers’ Market takes place this Friday (and every Friday through the week before Thanksgiving) from 11-3 at the Garberville Town Square. Local vendors are bringing their summer bounties which include tomatoes, berries, apples, plums, peppers,  cucumbers, squash, fresh greens & microgreens, onions, garlic, and more! You can also find fresh eggs, pasture-raised meats, mushrooms, oysters, jams & jellies, baked goods, herbal products, plants & plant starts, and other hand-crafted works of art. The Garberville Town Band will be at the market this Friday (August 10th), and you can enjoy a tasty lunch from The Lost Frenchman’s Pizza or Kentucky Don on-site.

Calfresh is gladly accepted, and you can have your Calfresh dollars matched, up to $10, when you swipe your card at the manager’s booth.
