I am not surprised to see Marci Kitchens ask for a trial elsewhere after I got a telephone survey a couple weeks ago asking questions about what I ‘knew” and what I’d heard about the event.
My gut feeling was that survey was leading directly to a motion to move the trial out of Humboldt. Not sure that will help her much if they plan to bring all the same folks to testify. The story is still the same. Even the surveyor seemed a but jaded about the story.
