PG&E will be flying in Southern Humboldt today. According to Deanna Contreras,

On Wednesday, the helicopter will patrol lines in Capetown, Petrolia, Honeydew, Ettersburg, Briceland and Redway.

Residents are advised the helicopter will fly low – about 500 feet or lower – to and from the landing zones at the Arcata-Eureka Airport, the Rohnerville Airport in Fortuna and the Garberville airport. Traffic will not  be impacted.

Weather permitting, flights will occur between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

The copter that just flew in Briceland had numbers: N208EH. Can anyone confirm if that was the PGE chopper?

It’s not compulsory to communicate with the dead. (corporations)

Don’t open it. It is not addressed to the living, breathing being. Mark it RETURN TO SENDER. Cause –RETURNED FOR FRAUD. Or, NO SUCH “PERSON” AT THIS ADDRESS, on the bottom front right-hand corner. Within 72 hrs. is best. (All codes/ordinances talk about is person. Either you’re a ‘person’ (performing behind a mask), or you’re one of the people.) It is possible, as happened to me earlier this year, my “Mailman” took it upon himself to make a legal determination for me! and, either placed the envelope back in my Private mailbox, or, as i later found out, he just kept a collection of them at the Rio post office!! Maybe better to return it back to the Public side in a sidewalk mailbox receptacle.

The commercial system collapsed the same week the Supes. usurped power never delegated to them to express, and Taxed an inanimate object/nature in January 2016. Commerce came to a screeching halt and completely stopped, all over the world . . . for the first time ever. Ships and trains stacked up.

TERRORISM IS AGAINST THE LAW – FEDERAL CRIMINAL CODES:
Title 18 USC CHAPTER 113B TERRORISM, Section 2331. Definitions. As used in this chapter (1) the term ‘international terrorism’ means activities that – (A) involve violent acts; (B) appear to be intended – (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by assassination or kidnapping (caged).

The end results of all terrorist acts are to restrict the victim’s freedoms and put them out of business. That is what cities and counties do if they come to your door (trespass, impersonate an officer), and tell you that you cannot own over x number of dogs, roosters, junk cars, or plants (regulatory takings in violation of due process). If they issue a citation, it’s filing a false complaint, because 1) they are not a victim of a public offense and 2) they cannot enforce city and county codes on PRIVATELY owned land even if its in the MIDDLE of the city, and even though you are RENTING! THEN it also becomes interference with contract.

City and County Codes and Ordinances are ONLY for city and county-owned property! The punishment for terrorism is imprisonment for 25 years. If they come to my door, I’ll ask them where is the copy of the cancelled check, where they BOUGHT my property FIRST. Because my place is PRIVATE, and, just like Disneyland which is ALSO private, and which has its own rules and regulations, MY rule is, if the city or county want to LOOK at my property, they must PAY me first. That’s the law, and my admission fee to them is $5 million.

I live in southern Humboldt. About an hour ago I cross the Mississippi River I’m in a hotel room in Illinois. The picture on top of this article that PG&E helicopter… That’s a little model toy on somebody’s window sill. See the Big Chain Link in the foreground?
