According to the National Weather Service in Eureka:
Coastal Flood Advisory in effect from 10 pm until 2 am tonight for Humboldt Bay. High astronomical tides, in conjunction with southerly winds, may result in some minor flooding along low-lying areas around Humboldt Bay. Areas typically impacted by coastal flooding include, but are not limited to, King Salmon and Jackson Ranch Road. Low-lying areas can experience nuisance flooding an hour or two before and after high tide. Another advisory may be needed Friday night before astronomical tides lower.
