Sadly, the most likely outcome here is that he will be released to repeat the exact same thing again.

Get arrested with illegal gun and hard drugs. Get released on own recognizance. Skip court. Have arrest warrant issued. Get stopped by police in possession of illegal gun and hard drugs…

Over and over and over…

I lived in hum-bo-co circa 1970 — it was beautimous — no drug growers — it was all good — everything was peachy — Garberville was just a truck stop — mckinleyville was a tanktown — the arcata plaza was clean as a whistle — I drove my willys jeep truck model 4wd up and down clam beach — camped in the dunes — all good — beautiful gods green earth — capt beefheart would buy up all the bear claws at the mckinleyville bakery , save none for me — rip good captain — everything was just FINE — drive over berry summit , swam in the trinity — backpack the alps , papoose lake , etc — marble mountains — bitchin bob — spotted bigfoot up there — still have nightmares — oh well — WHO WAS THE #$%^& THAT RUINED MY NORTH COAST ???

Criminally minded people discovered it was a good place to hide out. Flood of meth and heroin. Death of logging. Lack of Law enforcement. The greenrush. Modern insanity.

Brainiac, with Meth and a gun!

How may times do they catch and release before something sticks and he has to go through withdrawal?

Xanax and Meth. My personal favorite!

Your county, 80% of the people here are on drugs and pretty much beyond control…
