He’s got weeds growing in his weed
Right!!! That is just strange, never seen that, how unattatched to your grow do you have to be?
No till gardening with cover crops is all the rage nowadays.
Its purslane! Not a weed. Ots a superfood and rich in nitrogen and omegas while helping soil to retain moisture and putting back nutrients. It grows symbiotic with weed.
They should be charged by the AQCB for burning plastics too.
Phenomenal!! The Mad River needs to be protected.
Dude looks upset!
It’s only 3,000 plants…
Thats how you dep you knuckleheads!
Fat half pounders or so.
He didnt pay the piper, the county wants that dope money.
Whatever happened to them 8000 letters to be sent out?
Whatever, still plenty of time for replant!
Smell the stew! This beef is strong! [edit]
Palms weren’t greased. He went down.
Dude! At least comb your hair.
Hairstyles by Electroshock???!!!
Good job DEU get those blatant disregard for the environment greed growers.
Can’t they hire a maid?
Marijuana brings piled up garbage and crime.
MARIHUANA IS PASSE IN TODAYS POLITE SOCIETY
Who wooda thunk, a convicted felon.
$$$$$183,000.00 per day fine?? Who pays that the taxpayer?
I have seen 50 crazy guys like this out in Mad River. (Almost every guy ) Not to say they are crazy but just hillbilly caught wind O’ Profit. I was just wondering when the Big Gov fines all the non grows out of existence and takes all the land, the land is not worth much of anything anyway if it can’t be used to produce crop if it will be turned back into BLM regulated by our gov not to tresspass by motor vehilce or be walked upon without a special permit; so that the populations would be controlled in city centers regulated by the Big Gov and at one point checkpoints would give no rights to leave the centers.
I think the owner(s) of the parcels are responsible to pay the fines.
Also, I’m not sure but I think each instance of a violation is fined separately. For example, six water diversion violations at 8K each would result in 48K/day in fines. If so, the fines would be as much as, or more than, 328K/day! (Depending on number of grading & building violations and if the “up to” amounts are maxed.)
Obviously, these fines are unlikely to ever be paid.
I wonder what happens if someone simply refuses to leave their land when the county tries to take it away for unpaid fines. Anyone have an idea? Sheriff in bearcat?
I suppose it depends on the aggressiveness of the county. Certainly there will be a lien filed by the county.
I want ALLLLL the LAND out there, 1,000,000 ACRES I would put in the finest tomato and peppers world renowned!!
From the mugshot it looks like this guy takes impeccable care of himself. It’s hard to believe he doesn’t keep his place tidy.
Nice looking ghouses just about to start pulling tarps
This is medicine! Grown spiritually by green warriors for sick people!! Leave him alone! Where’s Gallegos? He can explain it better than me…
Disgusting garbage! Come on growers, every shot of greenhouses(except this grow) the grow is all neat and tidy, well cared for…then every where else is all the plastic trash from bags of soil, old tarps and food garbage…y’all go in and get fuel all the time, I see all your fuel containers lined up….TAKE some of your TRASH in every day!!!!!
It never ceases to amaze me that these dummies can’t spend one dime of the money they make hauling their trash to the dump. These are not farmers, just resource extractors
If you operate a buissness of any kind that generats hazardous waste. You must have a hazmat plan on site and all the proper channels in place to dispose of material.the hazmat building at the dump only takes a small amount of hazardous waste from buissness once per month it’s there for the purpose of helping residents .it is the buissness that is responsible for the waste it generates.
pretty sure I saw his mug shot on here a little while back? Back in trouble already?
This message is to ALL the people and their rude comments. I have known Eddie for 38 yrs. He just wants to be left alone and most people leave him alone because he figured out many yrs. ago if you looks scary people will leave you alone. If Eddie has a sack of potatoes, bag of flower, corn meal, Wesson oil, dried meats, salt and pepper. Eddie will disappear for 4 to 5 months. Eddie was in Mad River bar twice that I know of. The DEA was out to get Eddie do to a prior arrest were someone came onto his property and the was an altercation. Deputies were called and Eddie hid in the bushes and when the Deputies could not locate Eddie they started about different ways to set Eddie up so that Eddie would go to prison for a long time. Eddie told me that he just wanted to shoot them, but that would be wrong. Also Eddie is lazy and I believe Eddie is the fall guy in these operations. So PLEASE don’t judge a book by its cover.
Ok I can respect that, But if your running from people and the law don’t hide out on a illegal dope farm. Seems just a little common sense
I don’t know this guy but living in the woods is rough no shower no electricity done it in logging camp no fun shit I wake up in the morning and look like this my heart goes out to him doing what everyone else’s is doing out there people don’t judge because you will be judged some day
