Board footage or BDFT is a way of looking at trees. He may have meant the rather obscure obscenity that you read it as, but I read it as looking at something lovely and figuring out its monetary value by its board footage which is its common meaning.

Board footage has meaning in the context of the trees. I have no idea how you could assume that the obscene meaning applies here but, apparently holding you for moderation is a good idea since you turned that obscure obscenity on me…But I’m still not banning you.

You blocked me for quit a while, after I said “cum on” on some stupid article, funny how this one got through on a story no one looks at. Do you really think he was talking about board footage on an art piece. Get real.

Yep, I really do. I think it was roughly equivalent to someone commenting on my photo of a handsome buck…”Yum, venison.”

Can you explain why the obscene expression would make sense here?

Certainly did not mean to be obscene or offend anyone. My apologies

Talking about board feet isn’t obscene, Chad.
