Wonder if that had anything to do with whoever could be heard revving an engine high, driving like a bat out of hell, squealing tires, etc., that could be heard in that vicinity when i was walking my dog around that time. I’m up on the hill flat of Harrison-McFarlan, and in the relative quiet of late night, those yay-hoos driving like that (too far away for me to pinpoint exact location, but within a mile or so) made me think, “Sigh. Well, someone’s either going to call the cops to stop them, or there will be a crash.”

You can call until you are blue in the face. Unless there is guns, blood or a child involved, they aren’t going to show up. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have anything per se against EPD, its just how it is these days. IF they do show up …. eventually, you just have to wait until they can get to your number in the queue.
