METHAMPHETAMINE, COCAINE, HALLUCINOGENIC MUSHROOMS, 1200 MARIJUANA PLANTS AND……………….

NO ARRESTS MADE!! ZERO!!!

The loco article cites the cops saying arresting them would have just tied up their resources. They have been to this address for problems before, and they later conducted an ‘investigation’ on this property to see if any illegal activity was occuring, and confirmed that it was. Went in, observed methamphetamine, Cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms, and one thousand two-hundred marijuana plants, and then, after all that decided making an arrest would” clog up their resources”, as they put It!
Way to go HCSO!! Way to go!
These two must’ve been white, just guessing. Hell, they must’ve been albino to get out of that mess.

Meth? They’re probably up for days at a time making noise and being jerks. Be glad they don’t live next to YOU.

Nice to see they’re all misdemeanors. Doesn’t matter in Humboldt courts. Everything is treated as a misdemeanor anyway. These clowns are in for some serious probation which might include a search clause.

So is tobacco but that doesn’t mean you can grow it , package it up and sell it in large quantities without a business license and a special permit . Don’t be a dummy

And both subject to abuse I suppose. But the misery such abuse would effect only the abuser and would compare to the light of a candle against the conflagration of pot with its ugly combination of big bucks and delusion inducement.

No difference at all to the Evangelicals and religious extremists of all persuasions. Was that a trick question?

A “welfare” check, what a novel idea! Somebody had too much free time. Or a grudge. (sigh)

All the money and manpower the hcso put into the investigation and serving the search warrant to come up with peanuts. And then you put out a press release about your failed bust. I will take a misdemeanor for 1200 plants any day. With the crime rate in our county this seems like a blatant waste of resources.

Meth, coke, shrooms, commercial grow, id say they found more than peanuts. That is plenty enough to put you away for a very long time. Why they went through all of that to do nothing is troubling, but also par for course in HUMBOLDT county. Non-whites of course do not enjoy this type of freedom here, this is just for the methheadcokermushroomtripping Ian’s, not the collegestudenttryingto betterthemselves Josiahs. RESOURCES!, people!DON’T CLOG UP OUR RESOURCES! $70thousand dollars to remove a dumb statue, that’s it? Yessssss!! Of course we have it, sign us up!

You really taught these guys a lesson HCSO! No way will we EVER have to waste precious resources on these two again, no way!
Sooooo , meth doesn’t get you arrested? Wait, what about COCAINE? Really? What if I have meth and COCAINE? Seriously? Ok, ok, how about this: I got cocaine, methamphetamine, hallucinogenic mushrooms and like one thousand two hundred marijuana plants?!! Oh, oh, AND you are ALREADY investigating me for the possibility I may be involved in something illegal. No, no, nothing? Love this place, never leaving or mending my ways.
NO ARRESTS, OMG you guys are killing me, what exactly were you guys investigating? I’m picturing like twenty local cops looking up a tall tree at a kitten that is crying, and trying to imagine a way they can all work together to get it down (while it casually walks down the other side). Or, Umm, maybe like a SUPER clogged toilet?

Anyone growing that much cannabis indoors has a serious mental problem. His electric bill will be higher than the amound he will (would have😊) made in profit.

Okay- so that’s the answer. If you do not have a permit and you grow 1100 plants inside and you get caught (which rarely happens)… you will not get arrested but you will get a misdemeanor violation. Also you can have meth, cocaine and mushrooms on hand. So the question then is…Why should you ever bother getting a permit?!!! And…Don’t you all feel stupid now for jumping through the endless and expensive hoops in your permit process?!! Ha Ha Ha!
