PG&E Flying Helicopter Over Garberville Tomorrow
PG&E spokesperson, Deanna Contreras told us,
[PG&E will be] flying a helicopter on Thursday, April 26, in Garberville from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. This is to replace a power pole and we are also patrolling the circuit there. The pole is located west of Highway 101 just north of Richardson Grove State Park. I don’t think it’ll be visible from the highway.
The landing zone for the helicopter is next to the Highway, south of the Eel River. Because the safety of our customers and the communities we serve is our top priority, PG&E will have signage and traffic control.
