Snow just under 2000′ elevation in Piercy. [Photo by Drew Cardoza]
With snow falling across much of northern California, we thought it would be fun if you all could share photos of the weather around the area today and give a general sense of where the photo was taken and what time.

First came a long period of heavy hail, then sleet, then snow. Wasn’t expecting this in SW Humboldt at 1650 ft. View from my porch.
After a couple of inches of snow the storm broke and the sun came out and started melting the snow off the trees. The view looking across the Mattole valley towards the King Range.
Very beautiful, Brad. I like this simple but riveting picture.
Beautiful photos!
Drove about 1 mile up Bear River Ridge Rd. to see the snow.
