The Yearling

Yesterday, this casual yearling contemplating the view was captured by former Supervisor Jill Duffy on video. Then the little one gives us an adorable stretch and a shake as a final charming gesture.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to let you upload your own moving pictures but if you would like to share an elk or deer photo–particularly one that captures our local critters, we always enjoy seeing more of the world right here around us.

To the Big Deal Person: I hope truly you were joking around. Have you ever helped a baby deer from when he/she are in trouble or dying? I hope you would think twice before making a killing comment like that.

There is always those that can take a awesome video and get trashed on. The way I see it, it ‘s a warm fuzzy feeling for me. With all a crazy carp going on in this world a video like this, one makes all the bad go away from me. Thanks for the video, made my day.

The baby fawns will be here soon in Shelter Cove. Please slow down while you are driving. They are like kids who dart in front of cars . Thank you.
