Why is this a discussion about race? One black person murdered another black person.

My sentiments exactly, who decided this was a race thing over an unfortunate crime. Boo hoo, I have had several relatives and friends that have unfortunately passed due to mean people. That doesn’t mean it’s a race situation.

Wasn’t racial equality important to him in life? I believe that’s why they are honoring him this way. Not like there’s not plenty of work yet to do in this nation.

The celebration is designed to bring awareness to the implicit bias that we all bear. We are racists and don’t even know it… well, we know it know. And knowing is half the battle.

Pike Mortar, You’re joking, right. Or have you drunk so deeply of the politically correct Kool Aid you’re delusional. This is just a diversion from the facts. A young man is dead, and his friends know who did it, but they are hiding behind a giant racism card…

The killers great grandmother was irish so its the evil white blood that made him kill. And w his 1/8 white privilege he thought he could get away w it. … lets blame trump, he got NAACP awards and donated millions including a building to jessy jackson, so we all know he’s racist.

Was he killed because he was black in color? That why this is about race? I thought he was at a alcohol fueled party and a fight broke out over a phone?

If this country is so racist why the hell do so many people of so many different races immigrant here? I really don’t like all the Bulgarian that moved up on my Hill that tear up my road and don’t put any money into it, get served with human trafficking warrants and let their overly aggressive dogs run rampid killing other people’s pets. Does that make me racist? after all, they are a different race than I am.

I didn’t know Bulgarians constitute a race.
