This ‘Proficient Fetcher’ is Looking for a Forever Home

A concerned reader emailed us about this dog that’s listed on Petharbor.com. If you know someone who can help get him into a forever home, please pass this along to them.

I am an unaltered male, black and tricolor German Shepherd Dog mix. The shelter thinks I am about 1 year. I have been at the shelter since Mar 01, 2018.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

My sister and I were found off HWY 36–BY GOAT ROCK in Bridgeville. Just like the infamous Bonnie and Clyde, we were on the run from the law when we were finally apprehended and brought to the shelter. We are very bonded to each other. I’m the more reserved one who will join in with my sister once she breaks the ice. I like toys, though I am not a proficient fetcher yet. I am more cautious than confident and will get better with reassurance and positive exposure to the big world. I am a total love and will put my mouth on your arm ever so gently as I interact with you. I love pets and attention and will roll on my back to keep getting more. The two of us are just big goofy puppies who would excel in some dog training classes.
