Prayers for the logger. I sure hope he makes it to the hospital. A dangerous business!
Yes.
Prayers for this man’s life and health. Many thanks to the emergency responders.
CPR for a broken femur!?!? Unless a femoral artery was severed? CPR means your dead…
I’m sorry but this mans family and friends may of been reading comments. Even if it may be the truth Of the matter, still please realize your comment isn’t very compassionate or necessary. It may be the truth but is some instances it’s best to have compassion and think before you post! Prayers to his Family and Friends in this difficult time.
The last thing I would be doing if a family or friend got seriously injured would be reading a news blog. Although I understand the care and compassion behind your statement, unfortunately it won’t do any good. Aholes will be aholes. Blessings to the family and friends of this logger. I hope he will be ok.

It may not have been just a femur fracture!N it may just be be the most obvious injury.
Shock is a huge issue with injuries like this…its not just the injury:( Pray this turned out… lost my husband to the woods in 91… almost lost a boyfriend feller couple years ago to right femoral shatter…among other injuries. Sigh
Well Scott may you rest in peace brother.. I’m sorry. May you see lands of unlimited deer and ducks!!!
Isolated closed fractures of the femoral shaft can spill a unit of blood into the thigh all by themselves without any other injuries, but that alone is not enough to cause death. It’s akin to donating blood. There’s obviously more to this story but beyond this is mere speculation.
Vaya con dios, Brother
Sending thoughts and prayers.
Believe it was a construction site. Not a logging site, or so I’m told…
He is the father to some sweet young children…
