Well it’s a good thing Jerry Brown lessened the minimum sentence for firearm related crimes and made it harder for law-abiding gun owners to purchase ammunition.

blaming politicians for local failures is getting old and lame. a poor scapegoat mainly used by failures themselves. maybe focus on the problem, which is how you raise the little ones. lets reverse 47 and 57 and make the immediate family of the incarcerated pay all cost related.

You’re open about that, transparent, yet you place all my comments on moderation when I haven’t transgressed the line here.

its about the chronic complainers. they generally have both feet wet in this problem related to 47 and 57 and all they do is deflect. we will never be jailing these types again so my recommendation on who should pay is more of an insults to the complainer and meaningless.

Now I need to rob a farm to pay for my brothers jail bill? Sounds like a vicious cycle. Are you a politician?

Marihuana, crime, stolen guns….

plant of peace.

Life as a community begins again when the last grower leaves and we buy their place for pennies on the dollar at an auction.

Matihuana growers have given nothing to their community, but crime, violence, and a war against nature.

Go back to your slums.

It is ridiculous, but the “informed” populace voted for it!!! Hopefully 47 & 57 can get either overturned or modified.

Amen. I can drive around with enough vodka to kill an entire fraternity, but more than an ounce of herb and I am in the system for the rest of my life. That one dose of heroin does more damage than all the weed in that bust when it is treated like nothing and the addict walks with no help, no punishment, and no reason to not steal my TV to buy more.

There are states where it is an automatic felony to be in possession of heroin, meth, etc, or be found on those drugs. One way to help clean up the streets. Think of how much better off Humboldt would be.

Oooo. 22 magnum can penetrate body armour, kevlar. There is a reason he is carrying that caliber?

Maybe that caliber (.22 Mag) in a “Derringer” style weapon is only what was available on the stolen firearms market, when the ‘suspect’ was shopping for a “piece” to make him feel safe during his Felony Career…
