Man you have to have a death wish to ride a motor bike these days! Crazy drivers everywhere, Distracted drivers too. My nephew got rear ended in Eureka last week on 4th and c. The guy who hit him said first thing “I do not have insurance” Turns out he was homeless as well. Cop said good luck finding him to serve him when its time for civil court! Dirt bag!

My friend was killed by a teenage driver with a learners permit who didn’t understand that oncoming traffic has the right of way and you WAIT to make a left hand turn. My friend was on a motorcycle. 1992.
RIP Diamond Dave

I had the same thing happen. A guy hit me from behind and the first thing out of his mouth was that he didn’t have insurance.
