Man Wanted for Robbery Arrested With Two Others in Plateless BMW

This is a press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

Around 2 p.m. on Jan. 19, 2018, a sheriff’s boating deputy was on routine patrol on Cannibal Island Rd. when he observed a silver BMW without a license plate. The deputy performed a traffic stop on the vehicle and found three occupants, one of which was wanted for robbery.

BRINSONEdward Brinson II, 30, was arrested on a felony warrant for robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, as well as violation of probation.
HENSONDianna Henson, 22, was arrested for parole violation.

The third occupant, DAVISJoshua Dean Davis, 40, was arrested for possession of an illegal weapon and violation of probation.

How is being in a car in Loleta a violation of parole? This article sure did not give much information.
Other than the one with a warranty , there is NO explaination as to why the other two were arrested.
