[UPDATE 4:35 p.m.] Motorcycle Crash on Northbound 101 Near Herrick Ave Offramp South of Eureka

Traffic Collision Car AccidentAt approximately 4:25 p.m., a motorcycle struck the center divide of Hwy 101 near the Herrick Ave Offramp south of Eureka, according to information on the scanner and on the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.

An ambulance is responding to the scene with lights and sirens on.

UPDATE 4:35 p.m.: Law enforcement is not finding the rider of the vehicle.

“Law Enforcement” needs to be less bully and more serve and protect. Accidents happen, hence the term. However “Law Enforcement” makes it their job to find “fault”. If the motorcycle rider had ANY alcohol or weed on him, his (or her) whole world could have turned upside down for no real reason. “Police Forces” have literally come to rely on DUI income. That says everything that’s wrong with their system.
