Who doesn’t want to be involved in crime prevention? Can we get more information from the Fortuna Police Department about the company, ICPS, behind the training program. I found their website confusing and opaque.

The Philippines has no rule of law. It is run by armed vigilantes, who have murdered thousands. China has no freedom of speech. Arrest and detention, without trial, is common there.
If this outfit is using the same “training” techniques here as it uses in the Philippines, or China, we’re all in trouble.
