Wow a real dog that doesn’t look like some hicks weapon. I actually hope this animal finds good owners.
Every dog is “real”. Judging innocent creatures for what people do to them is ignorant. A weaponized animal is an abused animal.

Hicks weopon?? Where are you from? Dogs are by far not human.. nor a weapon. They are tools and that hick is growing your food or raising your next steak… or bacon breakfast.
Go hick yourself
Kitty’s right. No one has to Golden Retrievers to guard their pot grows. Not even when legal.
I pray the lil fellow gets all the love he deserves .
Are these critters neutered prior to adoption? Anybody know?
Anon Forrest:
Yes, they are neutered. That is a requirement of California law, all animals from shelters have to have this done before release to new owners.
A minor but temporary exception that might apply here would be puppies and kittens too young for the operation. But then the new owners are obligated to get their critter neutered at the earliest opportunity and send proof back to the shelter.
Just think if there wasn’t a spaid neuter program ?
There is a notice on the board of the Carlotta Post Office about a lost black lab puppy. It looks very close to the one in the picture. I don’t have the contact # but it is on the notice.
