HART(Humboldt Animal Rescue Team) has no room at the inn this holiday season. In order to help the many more cats and kittens that need our help we need to find homes for those already sheltered with us. There are many different ages of cats, personalities and we even have pairs who must be adopted as a bonded. Are you ready for the awesome responsibility of having a new family member? Can you help HART free up space for us to help other homeless cats in Humboldt?
All adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, test negative for FIV/FeLV, have received the first FVRCP vaccine, and have been treated for worms and fleas. During the Month of December Bring Home a New Cat and Enjoy Lowered Adoption Fees at HART!
From December 1st until the 31st these are the lowered fees:
Kittens only $100
Teens only $85
Adults only $75 AND
Keep a bonded pair together for a 25% lower adoption fee

People are looking for homes for 2 dogs from Rancho Tehema shooting. Their owners were shot and killed last month! Terrible! They sound friendly and what not. Anybody? The cats are nice too everybody needs rodent hunters around. Sorry song birds.
Have the dogs been shared on Facebook? Always worth a try! Poor dogs.
Not only is it dangerous to allow your cat to hunt rodents, with all the rodenticides and poisons being used, but domestic cats kill over 3 million birds, reptiles, and small mammals yearly (already causing the extinction of 33 bird species)
We need to do better for cats and for wildlife.
