Leo’s did a good job. Not condoning what the criminal did; but people who commit
violent crimes don’t get any jail time. Violent crimes should be at least equally as punished as drug crimes.

Pretty sure you have no clue what you’re talking about whatsoever or you don’t actually live in Ca. Violent crime is what folks actually go to jail for here and not drugs

Once in a while, for a couple hours, if they are combative with leo, but no, not really, not in Dumboldt. Hard not to know that if you actually live here.

Red Headed Blackbelt would you please
remove the insulting reply of 47. A lot of violent
criminals get no jail time, that is true.

It wasn’t Miranda , there are regular patrols . Believe me if this was happening in miranda this dude would have had his ass handed to him with walking papers before the cops could have shown . Miranda is clean and the locals all know each other so it stays that way . Any suspicious activity is immediately looked into

Citizens. He’s looking at probation tops. This is Dumboldt County where the “judges” think probation before incarceration. God forbid one should be sentenced to jail.

And is likely to have repeated the offence several times before the ink is dry on the plea bargain. Humboldt Co can’t afford to house all those non violent offenders Brown and the California voters have determined are no longer a State responsibility, even if they drag down the quality of life for the whole county into the sewer.

Just a thought…if in the middle of illegal activities…spend some of your money on a better ride! BMW means NOTHING if you break down and get caught with everything!!!! Another FYI, to criminals, the crappier you and your vehicle look and run…the more attention you get. And when you’re driving for months on a little DONUT instead of real tire, for more than a week????? Looks fishy! To all law abiding citizens!!! THE COMMUNITY IS SICK AND TIRED OF THE TWEAKER/THIEVES…WE…ARE…WATCHING YOU ALL NOW!

There was no victim just a bunch of prohibited items. Slap on the wrist, All reduced to minor offenses and he will keep his gun rights! Pretty sickning.
