“Peter Hunsucker, 19 of McKinleyville was booked for possession of a loaded firearm while committing a felony and numerous
other felony drug and weapon related charges.”
This was March 2016. Maybe someone can add what the DA decided to do. there is no prop that saves you from this yet this local is out doing the same thing different day. Hell I saw his sister in Winco the other day, isn’t she on the Humboldt Most Wanted list.

It’s getting way beyond ridiculous how many times these people have to be arrested and let go before our LE, judges and courts realizes they are a danger to the public and belong behind bars. “Things will never change unless things change!!”

Between him & I Messed Up, the Shoplifter, I’m not sure which is the stronger contender for a Darwin award!!! Neither quite qualifies as yet, since one must remove themselves from the Gene Pool to qualify!!!

Doctors don’t cure illnesses-they allow them to spread and grow in society. The same goes for crime-stop it entirely and the employment of millions will cease. Therefore, patronize the questioners and arrest a few here and a few there, but allow the majority to thrive and continue their disaster on society. Hunsacker and the rest of “released on OR” are the examples of perpetuating judicial, socialist, and police jobs and allowing the negatives to breed and scour society. THE MONSTER WILL ALWAYS GROW

Revolving doors = job security for law enforcement.

Revolving Doors = Corrupt government control of law abiding citizens who follow the constitution. High crime rates insure your rights will gradually be taken away, giving government complete control of your life. If you don’t feel and see it yet, you don’t understand the Constitution. Most people don’t, and their children and grandchildren will suffer severely as the result. As goes Venezuela, goes Kalifornia. Good luck.

So anyone going to blame the lawyers who sued about over crowding of prisons, Jerry Brown whose solution to losing the suit was releasing prisoners, the politicians (Democrats I think) who wrote propositions 47 and 57 which Californians voted for, the advocacy groups lobbying for open immigration when 25% of the prison population are already foreign nationals, and the almighty fools who keep voting for the idiots who spin all this out to be a progressive society?

That Starbucks is a favorited frequently by Eureka police officers;
that Starbucks should be the last place any criminal, especially
a felon with a gun should want to hang out.
And repeal, undo prop. 47.
