It is a bummer. The Valley like anywhere has its problems. Drugs are rampant and very well known drug dealers are going unchecked. Crime violent crime is clearly an obvious part of the outcome. Come on Tribal Popo time to knuckle down and quit being scared of the little fish or bigger meaner and more violent will either come or develop. It is getting bad every where sad really sad. Keep safe Humboldt and good luck!
