He is just loving life being in the hole all dressed in red .And no charges ,for aiding and abetting a escaped felon .I don’t think he was just using the peoples bathroom for personal use. Aiding ,and a betting a escaped felon would definitely violate probation, but not here in Humboldt County I guess.

I swear lately the Bear River Rancheria on Singley Road has been a sanctuary for criminals on the run.

Already in possession of a controlled substance? Awesome. Apparently drugs aren’t hard to find, even in a orange jumpsuit.

The way this reads… Harris was taken into custody and transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. He was booked for Escape and Possession of a Controlled Substance while in custody. His bail has been set at $100,000…. They must not have searched him very well. If he made it all the way to jail and ‘in custody’ while still being in possession.
And he was only wearing blue pants and no shirt, so imagine that showing up at your door in the middle of the night!🌩

Found “in the bathroom” of a residence. What’s not to say he “found” drugs in the cabinet or on the counter(the owner’s naturally) and was using them without the owner’s approval. THAT’S IT PUNK, I’M CALLING THE COPS ON YOU!!!!

Why would an escaped inmate have bail set? One would assume he’s straight back to jail with no option for release, regardless of $$ amount.
