Sheriff’s Office Raises $1,500 for ‘Breast and GYN Health Project’ During Breast Cancer Awareness Month

From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

During the month of October, Sheriff’s personnel wore pink hats to promote Breast Cancer Awareness. We offered pink Sheriff hats to the public for a donation, and at the end of the month raised a total of $1,500 for the Breast and GYN Health Project! This morning, the Sheriff’s Office presented the Breast and GYN Health Project with a check for $1,500 and the Humboldt Deputy Sheriff’s Organization donated an additional $250. Thank you, to everyone who made this campaign a success!
