EPD Hosting ‘Crime Free Business Training’ For Business Owners, Managers on November 9

[email protected]The Eureka Police Department and Crime Free International are hosting a Crime Free Business Training for Business Owners and Managers. The one day training is on Thursday, November 9th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Humboldt Bay Fire Classroom, 3030 L Street in Eureka.Topics will include: Crime prevention, crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED), loss prevention techniques, cash management, preparing for crimes such as theft and robbery, and how to be the perfect witness for police.This training is intended for business owners and managers. If you’ll be crime-free, why do you need to study being a witness? (Also, it’s not like the police will actually do anything with the information you give them anyway…)
