Community Pride & Peace Holding Meeting at Arcata D Street Neighborhood Center on Thursday

Arcata, CA – Community Pride & Peace (CPP) is holding a community meeting at the Arcata D Street Neighborhood Center on Thursday, October 12th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  The three main topics we will discuss are homelessness, violence related to drugs & alcohol, and promoting inclusion & diversity. CPP will report on recent safety meetings and collect ideas for solutions from the commUnity about these topics.

Instead of complaining about the problems and issues facing our commUnity, CPP has formed five solution teams: CommUnity Events, Safety & Support, Human Services, Environment and Media & Outreach. We are actively looking for members of the commUnity to step up and help lead these individual teams to create solutions.
