It’s Almost Time to Sign Your Kids Up for Arcata Recreation’s Youth Basketball League

Arcata Recreation’s Youth Basketball League registration opens Monday, October 2. Our league serves boys and girls in 1st through 12th grade. Teams are based on grade and gender. Arcata’s Youth Basketball League is committed to providing a fun and safe learning environment. Skill development and sportsmanship are the goals of our program. Beginning the week of January 8, teams practice one night a week (1 hour per week) at the Arcata Community Center, actual days and times to be determined by coaches. Games are played on Saturdays, January 13 to March 3 (no game Feb. 24). Fees: $65 / $75 non-resident. Register online at www.cityofarcata.org/rec. Registration closes Thursday, November 17. Become a Team Sponsor for $225 per team. This sponsor fee assists in offsetting costs of the program including team uniforms (T-shirts with sponsor’s name). Sponsors also receive a plaque with a team picture. 100% of your support goes directly towards Arcata Youth Basketball League. Interested in being a coach?
