Can’t Attend Briceland Fire’s Fundraiser But Still Want to Donate?

We had a few readers write to us wondering how they could donate to the Briceland Volunteer Fire Department without actually going to the fundraiser we posted about last week. So, for those of you who genuinely want to donate, here’s the address the fire department told us they would be using to accept donations:

The Briceland Fire Department Benefit is Saturday September 9th from 5pm to 10pm. This event is being held at Beginnings Octagon. The Briceland Fire Board of Directors will be serving dinner and desserts made and donated by community members; the bar will serve Lagunitas beer and a variety of delicious wine and champagne; live entertainment will include the Irie Rockers, Savannah Rose, Brad Barton, and Reality Thief.

BVFD is raising funds to build a fire station on our parcel in Briceland proper. Every dollar donated is for fire station construction. Stop by the Benefit on Saturday the 9th for dinner and show your support for your local heroes!
