[UPDATE 8:21 p.m.: Major Injuries] Small Blue Car Over the Bank on the Avenue of the Giants
At approximately 6:30 p.m., a small blue car went off the bank on the Avenue of the Giants (Hwy 254) south of Miranda. The vehicle has “landed in the yard” of a home.
“The male occupant is stuck in the vehicle but alive,” according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
Miranda Fire, Phillipsville Fire, Southern Humboldt Technical Rescue, and Garberville Ambulance have all been requested to respond.
UPDATE 6:46 p.m.: The patient has self-extricated,” says the Incident Commander. “Continue ambulance.”
UPDATE 8:21 p.m.: This is now listed as a major injury accident.

Mile marker?
The mile marker given was 6 but that does not seem to fit with the description of where the accident was found so I didn’t post it.
That is probably right…south of Miranda. Which is 6+
