  • Oh wow, again. Is there a tally on how many serious and fatal accidents have happened on 36 in the last few years. What is the solution??? (Beyond “slow down”)

    • Kim,
      Can you tally that please?
      Thank you.

    • Life time local

Maybe maintain all the roads better …. and ticket people on 36 to deter speeding. I can’t wait to see how people headed to Ruth do on bell springs this year given the delays on 36 they will likely take bell springs or alderpoint road to go to Ruth through the scenic route …. great boats on a completley unsafe road.

  • When I drove by there was a dark truck with a trailer in the bushes. It appeared as though that was what the van hit but I didn’t stop to ask.

  • flat landers crash again .

    • Don’t know if they were flatlanders but they connected on a flat, straight stretch of 36. I suspect there was a third vehicle and someone was passing someone.

      • I suspect you are absolutely correct the van has MAJOR front end damage that could only have been caused by a Redwood tree or another vehicle!!!! It IS a passing lane there also!!! So my $.02 worth says it was just that, another vehicle!!!

  • “and was town a utility trailer” I hate to complain but I will anyway!!! I think towed would be a less confusing word for this sentence!!!! Just saying!!!
