The intersections in that area are hazardous. Hope everyone is going to be alright.
Yes hazardous, caused by people with their heads firmly lodged in their butt! Speeding, and always trying to cut people off!
Unfortunately, that type of driving behavior is almost becoming the norm in some areas.
Hopefully nobody was seriously injured.
I’m surprised there are not more wrecks there. I often see drivers westbound on Wabash signaling for a right turn as they approach Short Street, but then not turn there, but instead continue straight through that intersection and then turn tight into the gas station. Not smart.
A motorcycle is also a vehicle.
Yes, and almost always fares the worst in a collision.

Don’t tell me, let me guess, the reason for the accident was the car driver “didn’t “see” the biker!!!! As usual, bikers get screwed by inattentiveness!!! So sad but So Stupid as well!!!
As I can coming down 14th Street this morning I saw a Coast Guard helicopter that look like it landed at Costco. Do you have any information on this Kym? Thanks
I don’t.
It needs a light at that corner or a 4 way
I just typed up a long post about the inconsiderate and irresponsible Riders I’ve been seeing lately. When I was done I was ashamed. I was the inconsiderate one. I hope that all the people involved are ok.
Thank you for being kind.
I’m the rider that was involved in the accident at Costco. I’m shaken not broken. Yes, she didn’t see me or the 3 headlights on my bike.
Many thanks to city ambulance and St. Joe’s ER crew.
I’m glad you were not badly hurt!
Glad to hear you are OK.
