[UPDATE 9:20 a.m.] Traffic Collision Involving School Bus With Students
A school bus with students aboard was struck from behind by a blue and cream motorhome missing a mirror near the intersection of Newburg Road and Sunnybrook Drive in Fortuna about 8:20 a.m. No one was injured.
The motorhome fled north on 12th Street.
Below is a recording of the scanner traffic regarding the incident.

UPDATE 9:19 a.m.: According to Lt. Matt Eberhardt of the Fortuna Police, Although this was “Initially reported as hit and run, not a hit and run party just parking other vehicle and very minor damage, no reported injuries, CHP took report as School bus involved.”

wondering how it is not a hit and run still…and wondering what the motor home looked like…there is a blue and cream motor home around here that is in bad shape and she is a druggy…parked in my driveway to do her drugs from my next door neighbor one day…wondering if this is her…I see her at the park and ride a lot….
