Not a lot of info here and not sure what it means…Does this mean I now need a burn permit from CDF to burn a small slash pile? Or is it now NO BURNING at all? Or can I still sneak in a small one at night where they won’t see the smoke? I’m sorry- I hit that link but I don’t have an hour to read all the legalese and extra extra info…

You can burn 4’x4′ door yard piles with a cal fire permit on burn days until burning is suspended. Call your local Cal Fire Station for a free permit. Call first to see if anyone is there.
