Mandatory minimum sentencing ruins lives! We have judges for a reason and one is so they can use their professional knowledge and experience to decide what punishment is appropriate for criminals who have been found guilty. Many lives of non violent drug offenders were devastated by MM laws in the 90’s. Many judges throughout America also resigned because of these unfair laws. And we’re headed for another round of the same bullshit thanks to Sessions.

I agree to a certain point, but meth and heroin should have it if we have it at all, they seriously kill and ruin whole communities. Weed should not even be considered. I also belive addiction should be treated more as a disease or mental problem but I have no remorse for dealers selling death.

According to Sessions Cannabis is only “Slightly less horrible than Heroin” scary times ahead for States rights vs Federal over reaching to enforce the Federal laws against Cannabis!!!! Ya know, that horrid stuff that makes want to rape & kill & eat dead burnt bodies & feel the veins between your teeth!!! Thanks to Arlo Guthrie for that quote from Alice’s Restaurant!!!
