Del Norte County Sheriff Releases Names of Suspects in Shooting Death This Morning

This is a press release from the Del NorteCounty Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

Monday, March 20th, the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office initiated a homicide investigation in the Klamath townsite. At about 6:00 am on Silverside Circle, an adult female was shot to death.

A suspect vehicle was observed leaving the scene and the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office shared that information with law enforcement agencies in both Del Norte and the surrounding counties.

A short time later, a California Highway Patrol spotted the vehicle in Humboldt County and 4 adult subjects were taken into custody and a weapon was located in the vehicle.

Cinique Pratt – 32; George Johnson – 33; Marcaulius Woodard – 25; and Natalie Wright – 36; were all booked into the Humboldt County jail, and have been transferred to the Del Norte county jail. The incident remains under investigation by the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office.

In dumboldt county if you want to kill someone just get in your car and run them over……. All will be forgiven. Even if it’s your own child

So agree. Happen to have known & spent some time with the alleged shooter when he came through here, hope it aint true. You were a good man George. Now theres two kids without a parent. Super bummer both ways. Say it aint true. Sorry for your loss in Klamath.
